“استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في العقار”.. ورشة عمل ضمن منتدى مستقبل العقار

في إطار فعاليات منتدى مستقبل العقار الذي يُقام برعاية الهيئة العامة للعقار وبالشراكة مع وزارة البلديات والاسكان ، تنظم مقر العالمية ورشة عمل بعنوان “أساسيات استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في العقار”، ضمن اليوم الثاني من المنتدى الذي ينطلق خلال الفترة من 27 الى 29 من شهر يناير الحالي .

ويقدم الورشة المهندس أحمد الفقيه، الخبير العقاري المعروف، الذي سيتناول خلالها أحدث تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطبيقاتها في القطاع العقاري، وكيفية استغلالها لتطوير العمل في السوق العقاري.

وفي تصريح صحافي”، أكد علي العطية، الرئيس التنفيذي لمقر العالمية والمشرف على الورشة، أن “التقنيات الحديثة ساهمت في جعل العمل في مجال العقار أكثر سهولة وفاعلية، حيث يوفر الذكاء الاصطناعي أدوات متقدمة لتحليل البيانات، وتحسين تجربة العملاء، وتعزيز الشفافية والكفاءة في السوق.”

وأضاف العطية أن الورشة تأتي ضمن جهود مقر العالمية لدعم الابتكار في القطاع العقاري بما يتماشى مع تطلعات رؤية السعودية 2030، موضحًا أن هذه التقنيات تسهم في تحقيق الاستدامة وجذب المزيد من الاستثمارات إلى السوق المحلي.
