استعرضت مجموعة سدكو القابضة خططها المستقبلية وما تحقق من نجاحات على مختلف المستويات،خلال ملتقى سدكو السنوي لعام 2015 م تحت شعار” تخيل مستقبلنا المتناغم “، والذي انعقد في قاعة ليلتي بجدة، بحضور الشيخ صالح سالم بن محفوظ – رئيس مجلس إدارة المجموعة – والاستاذ أنيس أحمد مؤمنة –الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة سدكو القابضة – وأعضاء مجالس إدارات شركاتها وشراكاتها ورؤسائها التنفيذيين وكبار تنفيذيها، ومنسوبيها وكادرها الإداري .

وقد تضمن الملتقى العديد من الفقرات والعروض المرئية الإبداعية ومشاركات من الخبراء المتخصصون في المجالات المختلفة فضلا عن مشاركة شركات المجموعة . وكان محور ملتقى هذا العام استشراف الرؤية المستقبلية وكيفية تحقيقها عبر نافذتي الخيال المدعوم بالتآزر والتكاتف، والعمل بروح الفريق الواحد، كما تم القاء الضوء على المشروعات المستقبلية الرائدة من صروح عملاقة ومدن ذكية واستثمارات واسعة ومشاركات مجتمعية وانطلاق نحو العالمية .

الشيخ صالح بن محفوظ ومن خلال كلمته نوّه بروح الفريق الواحد وقال :” نحن اليوم هنا لنرسم ملامح المستقبل . وستكون السنوات العشر القادمة حافلة بالكثير من الأعمال في مختلف المجالات من أجل تحقيق هذا المستقبل . فقدحققنا والحمدلله نجاحاتٍ كبيرة على مختلف الصُعُدْ .  ونحن واثقون من أننا معًا سنواصل درب النجاح متطلعين نحو آفاق أرحب ومستقبل واعد بإذن الله ” .

وأضاف :” تجاوزنا مفهوم المشاركة التقليدية فيما يخص البرامج المختصة بكوادر المجموعة، فأصبحت هذه البرامج هي الوسيلة لرسم وتخيل مستقبل واعد ومتناغم نحقق فيه النجاح كأفراد والنجاح لمجتمعنا وللمجموعة ككل ” .

وتهدف مجموعة سدكو القابضة الى تفعيل استراتيجية التوسع في الأعمال والتنوع في الأنشطة بما يحقق الطموحات، حيث ستعمل خلال السنوات العشر القادمة – بعون الله–إلى تحقيق زيادة في التوسع في قطاع الاستثمار المباشر وتنوع القطاعات، وتنشيط الاستثمارالعقاري، وكذلك التوسع في الصناديق والمحافظ الاستثمارية وتسعى المجموعة الى النمو في الأعمال فضلا عن الاهتمام الكبير ببيئة العمل وخلق الأجواء المناسبة للمحافظة على الكادر البشري، حيث سجلت المجموعة نسبة ولاء عالية وحققت نجاح كبير في كونها من أفضل الشركات في المملكة من حيث بيئة العمل . 

من جهته، أعرب أنيس مؤمنة عن فخره واعتزازه بالنجاحات التي حققتها مجموعة سدكو القابضة خلال مسيرتها الحافلة بالكثير من المنجزات، وتوقف خلال الاستعراض الذي قدمه على التطلعات المستقبلية متخيلاً ما ستنجزه المجموعة بعد عشر سنوات وقال :” نحن اليوم في العام 2025 وصلنا الى العالمية بخطىً ثابتة وأصبحت سدكو اليوم شريكًا رئيسيًا لكبريات الشركات العالمية، وهناك توسع كبير في مجالات الاستثمار المالي والعقاري وإدارة الصناديق واكتسبنا ثقة كبيرة .

بالفعل، خلال عشر سنوات فقط استطعنا توسيع مكاتبنا الاقليمية .

وقمنا بتنويع شركاتنا العاملة كما أصبحنا شركاء في قطاعات كالتعليم والصحة والتكنولوجيا والبنية التحتية والتصنيع والقطاع المصرفي ” .

وأشار الى أن بلوغ وتحقيق النجاح والإبداع والتطور والنماء خلال السنوات العشر القادمة يتطلب من الجميع التكاتف لدعمه، وطرح آراء تساهم في تطويره، من أجل المحافظة على المنجزات وتحقيق المزيد على مختلف المستويات قائلا :” لايمكن أن ننسى بأن المحافظة على النجاح أصعب من تحقيقه وصناعته ” .

ويعتبر الملتقى السنوي تجربة ثرية ومكسبًا معلوماتيًا للمشاركين فيه، حيث يتم خلاله تبادل الأفكار والخبرات كونه يشكل منبرًا تلتقي فيه مختلف إدارات المجموعة ومنسوبيها، كما يتم خلاله بحث سبل التعاون وتعزيز الشراكات للمضي قدمًا في تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمجموعة .

SEDCO Holding Group showcases its previous accomplishments and perceives sustained growth through further expansion in its investment ventures over the next 10 years

This prominent Group outlook was unraveled at its annual “Multaqa SEDCO 2015” held at Leylaty Ballroom in Jeddah, attended by the Group’s upper management notably Sheikh Saleh Salem Bin Mahfouz, Chairman of the Board and Mr. Anees Moumina, CEO of the Group. The event also gathered the heads of its operating companies, CEOs and senior executives, management boards, their partners along with the administrative cadre

The “Multaqa” explored various topics with speaking panels held by the Group’s functional experts, all accentuated with video presentations and the valuable presence of key guest speakers’

Under the theme “Imagine Our Future with Synergy”, the Group’s thrust for the next decade was laid down with strong emphasis on teamwork, creativity and professional excellence as key to continuous growth and achievement of defined goals as enshrined in the company’s “six values
