Aiming to empower Saudi talent and ensure they gain international recognition, XP Music Futures 2024, the MENA’s largest music conference organized by MDLBEAST, is set to spotlight exceptional Saudi talent as it returns to Riyadh from December 5–7, 2024.
The conference’s fourth edition will feature an impressive lineup of Saudi artists, creatives, and industry professionals shaping the Kingdom’s music and cultural scene while gaining international recognition.
Among the highlights are Hassan and Abbas Ghazzawi, the DJ duo of Dish Dash, who have worked tirelessly to uplift Saudi talent and anchor it onto the global musical map.
Nadine Lingawi also known as Fulana, who was born in Vancouver, Canada, will shine up during XP with her music, which has become a voice for many, and she has inspired a new generation of young musicians in Saudi Arabia and beyond.
The Riyadh-born and Los Angeles-based songstress, Tamtam, who has gained a following for her socially conscious music, will show her talent in taking away what’s best from different music cities.
Akram, a dancer and choreographer from Saudi Arabia, will lead a 30-minute interactive workshop where participants can learn the basics of House Footwork.
General Manager of MDLBEAST Foundation Nada AlHelabi alongside Ramadan Alharatani, CEO of MDLBEAST, and Baloo, DJ and Creative Director of MDLBEAST, are celebrating MDLBEAST’s 5-year anniversary and its impact on the Kingdom’s economic growth, including how MDLBEAST events have driven community development, artist support, music tourism, and global recognition. The panel will be held on Saturday the 7th at 5pm; “5 Years Of Building A Future Where Creatives Can Flourish”. The panelists will be involved in multiple programs scheduled during the 3-Day conference.
Nourah Alammary, a talented Saudi singer-songwriter, brand strategist, and creative enthusiast, will join a lively conversation during the “Clubbing in KSA, The Evolution of An Emerging Scene” workshop to provide a comprehensive look at how Saudi Arabia is redefining its social and cultural landscape through forward thinking and inclusive approaches to nightlife, featuring some of the influential figures behind the emergence and evolution of the local scene.
XP speakers lineup features a mix of renowned Saudi industry professionals, including Hatem Alakeel, fashion designer and consultant for institutions and international brands, Rawan Alfassi, A&R Manager at MDLBEAST Records, Arwa Al Banawi, Saudi designer and entrepreneur, Layla Albabtain, founder of Player One (a game development studio based on Saudi Arabia), and Ahmed Khalid Alrasheed, an entrepreneurial leader with a startup mindset, known for founding and contributing to key ventures across Saudi Arabia, and Nouf Almoneef, an interior architect and a senior member of the Riyadh Art team.
