في إطار جهود وزارة الحج والعمرة في تطوير منظومة خدمة الحجاج والمعتمرين، أطلقت الوزارة مبادرة الحج المباشر عبر منصة “نسك حج”، المنصة الرسمية المعتمدة من قبل وزارة الحج والعمرة، والتي تهدف لرفع مستوى الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن وذلك عبر باقات مصممة خصيصا للحجاج عن طريق عدد محدد من مقدمي الخدمات المعتمدين. واستمرارا لهذه الجهود ونظرا لاتساع الرقعة الجغرافية المستهدفة بالمبادرة والتي تغطي 126 دولة حول العالم خلال موسم حج 1445هـ ولتقديم خدمات طيران تناسب تطلعات الحجاج، أصبحت المسافر، شركة السفر الرائدة في المملكة والتابعة لمجموعة سيرا، شريك الطيران الرسمي لمبادرة الحج المباشر لتقديم مجموعة من خدمات السفر المصممة خصيصًا لتوفير تجربة حجز سلسة لرحلة الحج.

وستعمل الشراكة الجديدة بين “المسافر” و”منصة نسك حج” على تعزيز تجربة الحجاج في كل من الدول التي تخدمها المنصة والتي تشمل الدول في قارات أوروبا والأمريكتين وأستراليا وبعض الدول في قارتي آسيا وأفريقيا. يمثل هذا التعاون علامة فارقة هامة في تمهيد الطريق لتقديم خيارات سفر موثوقة ومريحة ضمن العديد من الخدمات الإضافية التي ستقدمها منصة نسك حج لإثراء تجربة ضيوف الرحمن.
ويأتي ذلك بعد إطلاق الوزارة منصة نسك حج بحلتها الجديدة خلال كلمة معالي الدكتور توفيق الربيعة وزير الحج والعمرة في مؤتمر LEAP في الرياض. تم اختيار شركة المسافر كشريك الطيران الرسمي نظرًا لقدراتها التقنية الاستثنائية وانتشارها الجغرافي الممتد حول العالم وتميزها في تقديم خدمات طيران سريعة واحترافية. سيؤدي دمج خدمات المسافر للطيران على منصة “نسك حج” إلى تسهيل عمليات حجوزات الطيران، مما سيتيح للحجاج الحجز من بين مجموعة واسعة تضم أكثر من 450 شركة طيران مما يوفر تغطية أوسع للدول المستهدفة، والذي يمكن الحجاج من الاستفادة من المرونة عند اختيار باقة الحج المناسبة. وتشمل الخدمات المقدمة إصدار التذاكر وإجراء التعديلات على الحجوزات بالإضافة إلى الدعم الفني المقدم من مركز اتصال نسك حج المعزز بخبرات المسافر.

 

وبهذه المناسبة قال المهندس عبدالله جادكريم المدير التنفيذي لمبادرة الحج المباشر بوزارة الحج والعمرة: “إن الوزارة تسعى من خلال هذه الشراكة؛ إلى تسهيل رحلة الحجاج في الدول ذات الأقليات الإسلامية والبالغ عددها 126 دولة في قارات أوروبا والأمريكتين وأستراليا وبعض الدول في قارتي آسيا وأفريقيا، وتمكينهم من أداء فريضة الحج عبر حجز باقات حجهم في منصة موحدة هي منصة “نسك حج” مشتملة على جميع الخدمات التي يحتاجونها، بأعلى المعايير وأفضل الأسعار، مع توفير خيارات متنوعة من رحلات الطيران لتتناسب مع رغبات الحجاج وتفضيلاتهم، وتواكب التوسع المتزايد في الدول التي تخدمها مبادرة الحج المباشر من خلال منصة نسك حج، وتعتبر هذه الشراكة باكورة الشراكات الاستراتيجية للحج المباشر عبر منصة نسك حج؛ بهدف تسهيل رحلة الحجاج وتقديم خدمات متميزة لهم”.

These strategic moves demonstrate HMH’s balanced approach to serving both business and religious tourism sectors across the GCC.
