Zain KSA, the leading provider of digital services, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nokia at LEAP 2026 to design and create an integrated talent development program. The MoU builds on Zain KSA and Nokia’s longstanding collaboration, this time expanding its scope to include fostering a future-ready workforce. The collaboration will focus on strengthening technical, managerial, and leadership skills across different talent segments. It will introduce a strong pipeline of professionals to keep pace with evolving technologies and business models across the digital sector.
The two companies will design a comprehensive talent development program that aligns with long-term capability-building goals and ensures that people’s skills and expertise evolve alongside advances in business and technology.
