For guests short on time, Ebisu Express offers a streamlined dining experience without compromising on quality, while Zuma’s full à la carte menu remains available throughout the day.

Baikingu Brunch
Every Saturday, Zuma Riyadh brings its internationally celebrated Baikingu Brunch to the capital. Guests can enjoy unlimited dishes from interactive hot and cold stations, alongside freshly prepared selections from the sushi and robata counters.
The experience includes Zuma favourites such as shrimp tempura with lime and chilli dip, chilli lemon chicken karaage, prawn maki with tenkasu, spicy beef tenderloin and miso marinated black cod. To conclude the afternoon, diners can explore an indulgent dessert room offering unlimited sweet creations, all accompanied by a live DJ set.
